NA CA\u0141YM TERYTORIUM RP do 31 maja 2026 r. do godziny 23:59 OBOWI\u0104ZUJE DRUGI STOPIE\u0143 ALARMOWY (BRAVO) i DRUGI STOPIE\u0143 ALARMOWY CRP (BRAVO-CRP).<\/strong><\/p>\n

Na obszarach LINII KOLEJOWYCH zarz\u0105dzanych przez PKP Polskie Linie Kolejowe S.A. i PKP Linia Hutnicza Szerokotorowa Sp. z o. o. do 31 maja 2026 r. do godz. 23:59 OBOWI\u0104ZUJE TRZECI STOPIE\u0143 ALARMOWY (CHARLIE).<\/strong><\/p>\n

Zgodnie z art. 15 ustawy o dzia\u0142aniach antyterrorystycznych z 10 czerwca 2016 r., w przypadku wyst\u0105pienia zdarzenia o charakterze terrorystycznym lub zagro\u017cenia takim zdarzeniem, mo\u017cna wprowadzi\u0107 jeden z czterech stopni alarmowych:<\/p>\n

Natomiast w przypadku zagro\u017cenia wyst\u0105pieniem zdarzenia o charakterze terrorystycznym, kt\u00f3re dotyczy system\u00f3w teleinformatycznych organ\u00f3w administracji publicznej lub system\u00f3w teleinformatycznych wchodz\u0105cych w sk\u0142ad infrastruktury krytycznej albo w przypadku wyst\u0105pienia takiego zdarzenia \u2013 mo\u017cna wprowadzi\u0107 jeden z czterech stopni alarmowych CRP:<\/p>\n

Stopnie alarmowe wprowadza, zmienia i odwo\u0142uje, w drodze zarz\u0105dzenia Prezes Rady Ministr\u00f3w, po zasi\u0119gni\u0119ciu opinii ministra w\u0142a\u015bciwego do spraw wewn\u0119trznych i szefa ABW, a w przypadkach niecierpi\u0105cych zw\u0142oki \u2013 minister w\u0142a\u015bciwy do spraw wewn\u0119trznych, po zasi\u0119gni\u0119ciu opinii szefa ABW, informuj\u0105c o tym niezw\u0142ocznie Prezesa Rady Ministr\u00f3w.<\/p>\n

Oba rodzaje stopni alarmowych mo\u017cna wprowadza\u0107 \u0142\u0105cznie lub rozdzielnie. Nie ma obowi\u0105zku ich sekwencyjnego wprowadzania. Oznacza to, \u017ce z pomini\u0119ciem ni\u017cszych stopni mo\u017cna od razu og\u0142osi\u0107 stopie\u0144 wy\u017cszy.<\/p>\n

Zadania organ\u00f3w pa\u0144stwa zwi\u0105zane z wprowadzeniem stopni alarmowych CRP zosta\u0142y okre\u015blone w rozporz\u0105dzeniu Prezesa Rady Ministr\u00f3w z 25 lipca 2016 r. w sprawie zakresu przedsi\u0119wzi\u0119\u0107 wykonywanych w poszczeg\u00f3lnych stopniach alarmowych i stopniach alarmowych CRP.<\/p>\n

Poszczeg\u00f3lne stopnie alarmowe dla zagro\u017ce\u0144 w cyberprzestrzeni (stopnie alarmowe CRP) s\u0105 stosowane w przypadku wyst\u0105pienia analogicznych przes\u0142anek. Musz\u0105 one dotyczy\u0107 system\u00f3w teleinformatycznych organ\u00f3w administracji publicznej lub system\u00f3w teleinformatycznych wchodz\u0105cych w sk\u0142ad infrastruktury.<\/p>\n

Stopnie alarmowe s\u0105 przede wszystkim sygna\u0142em dla s\u0142u\u017cb i administracji publicznej do zachowania szczeg\u00f3lnej czujno\u015bci.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Wszelkie niepokoj\u0105ce i nietypowe sytuacje oraz zagro\u017cenia powinny by\u0107 zg\u0142aszane Policji za po\u015brednictwem numeru telefonu 112<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
